PISCO PRODUCTION
We produce distillates from grapes grown in our vineyards, of recognized quality, and restricted availability. Depending on the requirements of our customers, the piscos can be bottled after a short resting period, thus maintaining their freshness and distinctive fruity aroma, or stored in wooden barrels, which add complexity and roundness.
We have a history of reliability in the delivery of spirits to our customers, among which are the main brands in the country. Along with rescuing centuries-old traditions, we have also contributed with our knowledge and experience to the production process. Alembic stills made by ourselves, together with strict control systems, allow us to ensure the quality of every batch of the products that we deliver to our customers.
Our complete control of the raw material, together with the versatility of our plant, allows us to have the necessary flexibility to be able to attend clients with very diverse needs and realities.
We provide an integral service, allowing our clients to receive the piscos with their brands, delivering the finished product, bottled and ready for distribution.
We can also deliver grape distillates in bulk, complying with all the specifications requested by the client, to be bottled later by him, or used as an input in the preparation of other products, such as "sours" and ready-to-drink cocktails.

BULK WINES
The basis for our distillates is the white wine that we elaborate with our grapes. Part of it is marketed each season with some of the main winemakers and vineyards, both national and foreign.
Our grapes allow us to elaborate either aromatic white wines, made from the Muscatel variety, or more neutral wines, such as those from Pedro Jiménez.
In addition to quality grapes, we have the highest growing standards and controlled harvest and vinification. We have state-of-the-art technology available for all of our processes. As a result, we can supply quality bulk wines to third parties.
